HS FOOTBALL

High School Football started WOOOOOOO!!! This year I am going to be in freshmen high school football. We started practice his week and it is really fun. I hope to make the JV team but I'm not sure if I will. I really want to get 1st string defense and maybe 1st string offense. I play tackle right or left. Ya I'm the guy who hits people as hard as I can and gets qb sacks. The only bad thing is that before school starts we have to start practice which means two a day practices and Saturday practices. In the morning we will go down to the beach and run the bluff and crawl through the water . We also have to carry our team members up the bluff. But after all the practices we go do workouts. Yesterday we did eight minuets of abs workouts. And I almost threw up. This summer I get to go to the weight room as much as i want to to work out. By the end of freshman year I want to be able to bench almost 200lbs. I get rides from my cousin Kevin McDonalled. He is a Senior this year so i kind of know a few of the older guys on the team. Most of the seem nice for football guys but you know being a freshman football player puts a big red bullseye on your back to be made fun of. But I can take it. Now I just have to wait for our game against Arch Bishop so I can hurt ex-south whidbey players Camden Buchanan and Ben Poirier. The moment you start school at Arch my goal is to hurt you.

What attracted you to this project? Mr. B told me to watch this in his class.

What hobbies and interests do you have? Writing, drawing, working with wood. I like to work with the land

What image do you have of pioneer living? I get kind of bored very fast. I dunno it might need something more to do.

What's the most challenging thing you and your family (or group) have experienced? Probably dealing with my dad losing his job and us having to move out to North Dakota.

If you were chosen what do you think you would most miss about modern life? Electricity and my friends mainly.

What qualities do you and your family have that make you suited to this experience? I like to work with the land.

What skills do you have that may help you? Being able to work with wood.

What would you hope to get out of the experience? How to live off the land. Also how to live with less.

What do you think will be the most difficult challenge of pioneer life? Udjesting to life without the essentials.

Kite Flying

Me and my family one day went down to ocean shores. It was fun for a few days but then we got kind of bored. For entertainment we went to a kite store to see waht they were selling. There were kites of all sizes. some were big and some were small. Some were colourful and some were dull.( That ryming was not intendid.) So we bought a kite that had to handles and was pretty large. We took it out to the beach and it was fun!!! After a while we got bored and went and bought a bigger one so two people could go at once. Then we got more bored so we bought another large one along wit ha huge one(for only 50 bucks!!!). This huge one had four strings and bigger handles than the other. So if you did a certine motion it would colapse and then you could uncolapse it and would start flying again. For the res of our trip we would just go out to the beach and fly them. Every once in a while the wind would die down so we could only just fly them but when it was strong you could jump of the dunes with it and it would carry you for a few seconds. Now me and my family only fly them up at fort casey. It is very fun.

JIM
Jim is standing on a valcano rich land. Falling from the sky are large rocks engulfed in flame. Jim's body is a square. On his body is his eyes mouth and cheeks. His eyes are just black dots with large eyebrows that are swirly turly. His mouth is like a circle that has teeth going all the way aroung with a strange tounge in the center. His cheeks look like triangles on either side of his mouth with the bottom not there. On top of his body is a large oval like head were the top half has his brain pretruding and the bottom half is a casing. His arms come out of his body and hang low to the ground while his legs are curvy and ponted at the end. On the end of his hands are two like pinchers. His brain is pink and the casing is green. hos body is orange and blue same with his legs.

Christmas

So for Christmas I got a bunch of presents. My main presents was a computer. I designed it so it is very fast. It is mainly meant for gaming so it cost alot. That is something I will not tell you. So on my new computer I have all my itunes music and a bunch of movies on there. On the side of its case it has plexiglass so that you can see inside of the computer. Right now i only have a few games on it because i spent all of my money paying back my parents. Most of my presents I got was money from all of my other family members. Another present I got was from my grandparents. They got me a 2nd generation itouch. It is also a 16gb one so it can hold alot of movies and music. I also like my itouch because you can put games on it and play them whenever. And you dont loose the games because they are not like chips or anything. The only problem with games is that when you play them it uses all of the battery really fast. I also got a really cool jacket from my aunt and a cool belt. Also over break i really enjoyed the snow. I am really glad that it did snow and kinda sad that it melted really fast. Also my dad is a computer wiz so he knows all about these programs to make my computer go really fast. Also i had to put together my computer so now i know how to completely build and fix a computer. And in the past ive had problems with my old computers so i know how to fix computer like i fixed my family computer. Well i cant wait untill next Chrismas and thnk im gonna what a xbox but that might be shooting for the stars. Well until my next post this is Isaac and i love all my readers. ( not in a wierd way).
